Please note if you are in need of a custom tattoo or booking a date ahead of time a BOOKING FEE is required in order to hold any TIME SLOTS WITH THE ARTIST. THIS FEE IS PUT IN PLACE TO COVER  ARTWORK PREPERATION AND SUPPLIES FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. The AMOUNT PAID FOR YOUR BOOKING FEE is then deducted off the total spend OF YOUR TATTOO.

PLEASE NOTE BOOKING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 

Should you not show for your appointment your BOOKING FEE will be forfeited.

A flat rate BOOKING FEE of $100 is required to secure your booking, please note no booking FEE means we cannot SECURE TIME SLOT AS your slot will go to a walk in client.

-ALL BOOKINGS MUST HAVE A BOOKING FEE RECIEPT .

-BOOKING FEES SECURE YOUR TIME SLOT AND THE TIME TO SKETCH YOUR DESIGN.

-IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW OR OVER 15 MINS LATE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO THE STUDIO OR ARTIST YOUR BOOKING FEE IS FORFEITED.

-A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OTHERWISE A NEW BOOKING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED .

-ALL CUSTOMERS MUST BE 18+ 

-ANY CHANGES TO ARTWORK ON THE DAY OF THE TATTOO WILL INCURE A REDRAWING FEE OF $100 

-ALL ARTWORK REFERENCES MUST BE PROVIDED NO LATER THEN 24HRS PRIOR TO YOUR TATTOO TIME.

Like everything we understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control, HOWEVER BEING A BUSY TATTOO STUDIO WE NEED TO ENSURE EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY ON OUR CALENDAR SO TO NOT DISRUPT THE DAILY APPOINTMENTS OF ALL CLIENTS.  WE DO ALLOW APPOINTMENT RESCHEDUALLING SHOULD SOMETHING DRASTIC HAPPEN AND all that is needed is transparency and honesty. Please contact us with 3 DAYS NOTICE of your scheduled booking AND WE CAN DO OUR BEST TO FIT YOU IN AT ANOTHER DATE.

Your tattoo can be retouched only when it is fully healed. In case of an infection or injury, you might have to wait for a period of healing which is determined by the artists expertise.

If the fault of the tattoo needing a touch up lies within the artist, then the touch up will be executed by that artist for no additional charge to the client. However, if the touch-up is a direct result of the client failing to properly care for the tattoo during the “aftercare” stage, then the client will have to pay for the touch-up.

We will not be responsible for doing finger, inner lip, foot and/or hand tattoo touch-ups free of charge, due to the fact that the client is told before hand that the tattoo will be on a surface area that fades quickly. If clients would like those particular tattoos to be touched-up, we will gladly do so, but at the normal rate of the original tattoo.
